Although we know that certain jacks are used in certain systems, all systems will have different motherboard revisions in different machines, and sometimes the board was revised just to change the socket type, so the only safe way is to look at your one and match it up

you can use the index of manufacturers, but always be aware that there may be more than one variant in each system as board have been modified, or revised over the span of a systems life. so if you use the index of manufacturers there is no guarantee, the only way to be sure is to physically match it up
